OUR COACHES

Heidi Hoium

Heidi Hoium

CEO, Business Activation Coach

Heidi Hoium has spent more than a decade in the financial services industry. She began her career as the Director of Client Relations in Minneapolis, MN. Heidi and her team earned Top 10 company honors each of her 5 years spearheading the program. In her final year, the program surpassed $1M of premium, becoming only the 2nd in company history to do so. In 2010, Heidi joined forces with a financial advisor, to apply her knowledge and ideas more intimately to a select group of clients in his financial planning practice. The results were stellar, with team landing in the top 2% company-wide for insurance production in each year Heidi was with them, and leading his investment practice to a 650% increase. Heidi has always had a keen interest in coaching and developing advisors. A Certified Coach, and always one to keep her skills sharp, she has been coaching reps and their staff in different capacities since 2008. In February 2013, Heidi had a strong desire to have an impact beyond simply one advisor, and one firm. She wanted to continue to solve problems and implement solutions, and thus Ironworks Consulting was born. Now, Heidi leads advisors and their teams to unparalleled levels of efficiency and success. When she is not working with clients, you will likely find her on a golf course, in a yoga studio, or boating on the river. She is an active member of Five Oaks Church and loves giving back through missions and other charitable endeavors.
