Nancy’s impressive 28-year career with Northwestern Mutual spans three network offices: Atlanta, New York City, and Richmond, where she most recently served as Chief Development Officer. Throughout her tenure, Nancy has been instrumental in building recruiting, training, and leadership development systems, always focusing on fostering growth, creating accountable plans, and developing agency infrastructure. Now, as an independent coach and a Certified EOS Implementer®, she leverages her extensive experience to work with financial services leadership teams, streamlining their operations and achieving their visions.

Nancy holds a B.A. in Spanish and Political Science from Duke University and several professional designations, including CLU® and Certified Coach. She lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, with her husband and two children and is an avid tennis player, gardener, and community volunteer.
