Chantal joined the Ironworks team in January 2024 as our Executive Assistant and brings a diverse skill set, passion for helping others, and a fresh perspective to our team. In this role Chantal will be responsible for all things running Ironworks, allowing Jana and Heidi to focus more on serving clients. 

Chantal moved from WI to MN to pursue a Masters in Healthcare Administration and served as the Administrator of a Long-Term Care campus for 7 years. This experience helped her understand the art of organization and juggling multiple responsibilities as well as a unique ability to problem solve – qualities that will undoubtedly serve her well in her new role. Most recently, Chantal was a Project Manager in the fast-paced world of marketing technology consulting, where she was responsible for delivering top-notch results for clients while effectively managing tight deadlines and complex projects.

Outside of the office, Chantal and her husband, Jon, are kept on their toes by their two kids- exuberant &  spunky Mara (3) and sweet & curious Arlo (1.5). When they’re not busy with work and parenting duties, you can often find them in pickleball leagues, escaping with a good book, or indulging their passion for real estate investing and tackling exciting home improvement projects together.
